Actually, I preferred reading Celebration with no hint of what was going to happen between these characters. So on the one hand, if you intend to read the rest of his works but haven't yet, I don't recommend starting here. But then, I've heard from others that this one came out before that? And there is one sensory description here that really sticks with me. (And I happen to love the song of the title.) So I suppose I should just shut up and not give anything else away.
