Hmm, smells like author-insertion fic! Fellow named Alex, who once dated Naru and has moved on to Minako, and is also a new Sailor Senshi. They fool around, but he doesn't think he's ready to go all the way. Then Venus gets killed by the new enemy and Alex discovers he has the power to Save The Day, defeat the enemy, and raise Minako from the dead. It's not badly written, really, except for the made-up senshi with more power than Serenity who also gets to snag one of the Sailors.
