Not quite a game, but more of a toy... KISS dolls refer to a kind of "paper doll" where you can put different clothes on a cute anime character. Almost all KISS dolls will include a picture of the character in lingerie (the base picture that other clothes will be put on top of) but others go full-nude or downright naughty. (What else did you expect?)
 Here are some sites where you can find these dolls: Rei A Japanese site featuring a doll of Rei from Evangelion, done in Java. Adult Paper Dolls - This site does not require the special KISS software in order to view the dolls! Instead, they're made available with Java and Javascript. Good place to go to get started.
