In the beginning, there was the Dub. And the dub was Silly.

Actually, in the beginning, there were a handful of Sailor Moon doujinshi and the bright idea of adding English text to them so that others could appreciate them more. So what if the translations weren't accurate? The Sailor Moon English dub was never known for being accurate anyway...

Thus was born the Sailor Moon Comix Zone, a site to host these dubbed comics. Its address, now defunct, was hentaireview.x-fetish.com - you may see that URL showing up on a few of the oldest works. Unfortunately, the quality of the freehost was steadily degrading (And has by now shut down entirely). It was time to find a new home for the comics.

At the same time, it seemed like a good idea to branch out and cover comics in other series than just Sailor Moon. So a few Ranma, Tenchi, and Ah My Goddess titles were prepared, and the site All English Sex Comix was born. The URL, which still works as of 03/03, is comix.sexcreation.com - no doubt you'll see this on some of our pictures as well. The site was mostly stable for a year or two, gradually adding more content.

So, why the move? Freehosting problems again. The sexcreation site was always plagued with popup advertising, but in early 2003 it started having a lot of downtime. Not much use working on the site if it keeps breaking all the time... And once again, as we move to a new home, we branch out.

Our new name is Hentai Dub, and we represent the overall field of hentai that was created Japanese and translated into English - and sometimes translated badly. To this point we offer up reviews and downloads of dubbed h-movies and games. We also have galleries, fanfiction, and anything else that could be interesting to English h-fans. Some things we host ourselves, others we link to. But this isn't a general-purpose link site! We only link to places with *our* review, not their advertising, and only if we think they have something valuable to offer. If you find any dead links, please let us know right away!
